electrical water damage
I went back to school so I left my teg in the yard and took out the battery for security.
Over the month we got over 4ft of snow. I come back pop the hood and my engine bay is all wet from melted snow. Everywhere has wetness as if it was briefly sprayed with a garden hose. Theres corrosion on metal occuring, and my new headers are rusting

Details:
2000 Integra obd2
Battery fully charged, read 12.5 Volts
Only electronics that work are: hazard lights, and horn
No interior lights, no headlights, no power locks, key in ignition does nothing at all, and none of the infamous 3 beeps when turned to 'on'.
Fuse box is dry
Ideas?

MM&Y of car would help???
I would check to see if you have power at the under dash fuse box, if not, check your main power fuses in the engine bay fuse box, remove them, test them, clean both the fuse and fuse box contact surfaces, reinstall fuses.
Check any plugs going to the engine bay fuse box, unplug them, check for corrosion or damaged pins, reconnect making sure they plug in properly. 94
