Some morons owned my civic before me and now im facing the wrath of their wiring. My left corner light only works when it is signiling and my left front speaker and left tweeter don't work (but i hooked them up on the right side and they worked). its like the left side of my car is paralyzed, heh. anyways, how hard is it to rewire the whole car? Im seriously thinking about ripping out every wire and starting over... Why would my left corner light quit working at the same time as my left speaker and tweeter? man, this is WAQ, do you guys have any advice on re-wiring the car? will it be TOO difficult? My wiring and electrical expertise is probably average...

 

Well I dont see how the speaker and the light can go out for similar reasons cause they are totally different wires. To rewire the speakers in the car it shoud be pretty easy, they are just wires coming from the radio, to rewire the lights, I would just try to find out what is wrong with it instead of rewiring the whole car.

 

This doesn't help you but... you should have seen the spagetti of wiring in my car after I cracked it open to hook I my system...

Makes you wonder why some people don't just take it to the pro's
