I don't know if this is the right place to put it, and i also searched. I just wanted to know if anyone has a picture of a two din navigation on the audio console on the EG hatch, or if anyone can photochop (preferably pioneer avic d1, d2, or z1). thanks in advance.

 

So you're going to remove your heater controls to fit a double DIN unit in there???

 

it is put in the optional unit that connects the cup holders and radio....I've never seen it

 

i was gonna do this in mine but my car gets driven about 10 mins a month and i decided it wasnt worth it. i tried the cages and trim rings for all the pioneers and the kenwood ddx's in my console at work one day but i cant remember which fit the best. you can deff. put a double din in there though.

well hopefully the optional audio console will fit, but do you think the shifter will hit the navigation.

look at the last page of the audio console thread and look what "redbrainz" did. you can do something similar with one the pioneer double din units, the heater controls can be moved down just get the audio console to hold it in place.
