dynamat...does it work ?
I am very serious about considering dynamat for my car...
first of all IMO, tegs are noisy, plus my tires are very noisy at high speed not too mention the exhaust as well...
I have been seeing three kind of dynamat, regular(original), premium, and extreme.
my questions are, which is sufficient for my needs, I am not into stereo sounds a whole lot..I am pretty happy with just astock speakers, but hopefully if I can reduce he road and tires noise tremendously, it can help improve the interior noise...
TIA

Dynamat does work well for dampening roadnoise and vibration..
However, you can go to your local roofing supply store and get a product called Ice and Water shield. It is a adhesive backed asphalt composition pad used in roofing. I have used it in many of my vehicles (not in the R) and it works just like dynamat. (It is somewhat thin, but you can just use multiple layers.)

You may also want to look at "Undercoating" for your car. Go ask around and make sure they use the real thing, and not just rustproofing. It's a lot thicker than rustproofing, and cover then entire bottom of the car, less the exhaust area of course. Cost maybe about $200 range.
Like everything else, it's not going to make a Honda into a Lexus, but may help.

if you can get sound deadning material under the floor carpeting it really helps on interior noise also along the inner door.. it wont be like a mercedes vault...but you'll be plenty happy
