Default dont know whats wrong

well today me and my friend was installing some new speakers. then we decided to try and rewire my sub. well the positive cable that goes into the amp came off and made a little spark against my amp. thats when i went to go disconnect the battery. we hooked everything back up and now there's no power to my amp or component speakers. the head unit comes on but none of the speakers work. i checked all the fuses. checked the wires. dunno what else. what do you guys think it is?

somtimes I do that (have the wires spark against the chassis), or the wires spark against eachother. never had a problem with it though. try disconnecting the head unit, (or if you have access to a reset button). And disconnect the remote wire to your amp. This will allow for your h/u to completely reset. Next connect the remote wire. THis will allow for the amp to reset itself. tell me what happens.

*NOT* the fuses in your amp, the fuse under the hood! That's the one you would have blown. Dropping the power wire to the chassis has nothing to do with the fuses built into the amp.
