Default does the size of the sub enclosure greatly effect the sound

i know it affects sound...but does it significantly effect

ima put in subs but i dont want my enclosure too big...still want room in my hatch in my teg

pics of good size would be nice

it doesn't work that way - pick sub first, then pick box....box size will SIGNIFICANTLY affect the sound of the speaker. This is especially true for a ported design. For a sealed design, it's not a big deal so long as you are with in about 10% you should be ok...

If you look you can find subs the will work in box's not much bigger then the cardboard one the speaker comes in 94
