i purchased a trunk kit (extreme) yesterday. 12in jL w7/ hope i didn't waste money.

YES IT IS WORTH IT MAKES YOUR TRUNK MORE SOLID AND YOU DONT LOSE AS MUCH BASS... AND ALSO MUST BE INSTALLED RIGHT AND IN THE RIGHT PLACES....

Provides better bass, but if trunk rattle is your problem, you will have to tighten the latch. Dynamat won't fix it all!

I don't think it works all that well. I had a friend use it on his hyundai accent. i felt it was a waste. That thing rattled around just as much as it did before the dynomat. But, then again, it probably varies between vehicle and sound system.
