Default Distribution Block for Ground Please Look!!

I was wondering if using a distribution block for grounding would effect my sound system in anyway?? I have two amps and One Cap. I was gonna have the 3 neg. 4 guage wires running into the distribution block with a 0 guage coming out to ground them all? or should i use a 4 guage to ground them all. I'm new to this so if this is a dumb question i apolagize. Any help would be appreciated. Also is it o.k for me to hook up the + side of the cap to the same distribution block i'm going to use for the + side of my amps.

This is a little off topic but what kind of system do you have that needs 3 4AWG grounds?? thats some pretty serious power handling capacity

One Amp is a 1 Channel 1000bd Rockford amp pushing my 2 12 inch L7 Solobarics. Second amp is a 800 watt Rockford amp to power my Mb Quarts. The third wire is for my Cap. I plan on using 4 guage for the cap becuz they say i should use the same guage on the cap as i would my amps.

in all honesty it is not good to use anthing less than 4 gauge wire with your cap, you can cook the wire from overcurrent draw, or jsut not get all the juice the cap can offer.
sounds like you need those 4gau grounds. what do you have running from your battery 3- 4gau?
Yes you should probably use a 3-4gau in / 1- 0 gau out distblock.
I'm surprised your alternator is handling that load though. thats 180 amps max current between the two amps right?

Well i haven't hooked up everything yet, not until i get a new alt. as for my battery, i'll be running a 0 guauge to a dist block, with 4 guage wires to the amps and cap. For grounding wires, does it matter how long the wires are?? people say try to keep them as short as possible, but i plan on arranging my audio equipment for a lil show, so how much would this effect the performance as i might have to run some ground wires longer then others as placement for the caps and aamps will be different.
