Both are good units. I work with pioneer and alpine and kenwood so I know those units better. But your getting a name brand and they are a good company. Its up to you if you want to go double din or single din.

 

You might want to be a little more specific on the year of your car, since the double DIN deck won't fit into a '96, '97 or '98 hatch...

Unless of course you've done the 99-00 climate control swap...
