crossover=SPL?

Default crossover=SPL?

whenever i plug out my coustic xm-6 x-over and run the rcas straight to the amps the bass is basically gone and the mids are low

i have to turn up the amps and the volume to hardly hear it, its ten times louder with the xm-6

WTF!??/

Try adjusting the setting on your amps and as well as your deck.

i have! i did everything possible i turned up the amps the bass and treble on the h/u and it got loud at about 25 up but sounded crappy

with the x-over 10 is as far as a can turn it up and listen to

Does your CD player have an internal crossover that is set to high pass filter, rather than low pass?

no...

today i installed more amps and speakers and tried it again, still the same

night and day i have to turn up te radio to 20 to get loud as 5 with the xover

My Crossover has set gains, they can be adjusted, does yours? What is the problem do you have to get rid of the cross over?

yeah it does and no i don't

well i just found out my alpine radio has alot more features trying to find out if its at 4 volts, but im happy! just got 2 12 inch cvrs
