crazyyy buzzing sound

Default crazyyy buzzing sound

I have my mp3 player runing with my stock tape player in my car, and i think my cell phone is making the crazy buzzing sound whenever someone calls, what can i do to fix this

OK, so I understand, if you have your MP3 player "plugged" into your stock HU, [how are you doing that, what kind of adapter are you using?] and your cell phone rings, there is some kind of interference that you can hear from the cars speakers.

If the above is correct, I assume the interference is not there if the MP3 player is not "plugged" in, is that correct?

What is the make and model number of the adaptor you are using? 94

like fcm said. i think your just getting interference with your speakers. i get it all the time with my cell phone when i have it on my computer desk.

anyway we can block the interference out? like wrapping the player with foil or something :-P Damn cingular

it's the GSM signal that does it... I know tons of phones that do this. It's the signal traveling through the amp to the speakers... there really is no way that I know of to block it off... keep the phone in your pocket that should help
