recently got a used replacement remote,lost the first one well when i put in the battery it would play music and after that nothing works other than showing that it has full battery. is there something i have to do to set it? i remember with my old remote when i push any button the signal indicator would flash,but with this one... nothing. is it broken or do i have to set it for it to work?

You have to configure the remote to work with your alarm, look at either the owner's manual or the packaging that the remote came with to tell you how to do it.

i've try to program it but it still doesn't work,i turn the key on/off five times,my marker light blink once and push the I button on the remote,and i got nothing...what else can i do?
