What is a good set of componets, I already have the entry level Diamond audio componets . I am looking at the focals or Higher end Jl's I also am looking at geting a new componet amp. Xtant Zapco or pheonix gold, all total about a g. what do you guys thing would be a good set up? BTW 97 hatchback.

 

diamond M3's suck, i would reccomend diamond hex, focal poly k. i myself have diamond audio hex and i like them a lot. i can get u diamond audio hex's for 350 shipped, either the silk or aluminum. if u want focals, i can all of them. i have the newest focal poly k in stock, model 165 kp2. the price went up on focals so theyre a lot more expensive, the 165kp2 are $530 shipped and the regular 165kp are $445 shipped.

as far as amps, i would reccomend ARC audio. ARC audio was made by robert zeff who used to work for zapco before 1998. he left zapco and started nikola engineering which started ARC audio. i have 2 channels and 4 channels in stock. take a look at their website http://www.arcaudio.com if u do decide on their amps i can get u the lowest prices.

 

Cool thanks for the info. Yes the M3's suck, but my sister has the Diarmond m6's in her tundra and she is on her 4'th set of mid woofers. Her system is very basic setup. Eclipse 8022, Diamond audio D5 600.4 ( in tri mode ) powering the m6's have you heard of the woofers bloing this often?

 

no i never heard of the midbass's blowing so much. probably something wrong with the wiring.

i see ur located in OC. not too far from me. im only about 40 minutes away from irvine. u should stop by our showroom and listen to some stuff. listening to speakers are the only way to decide on speakers.
