Default complete noob

i want to install a sub on a 07 civic lx. the 4 stock speakers 160 watt just dont cut it. now i want something clean looking that doesn't take up much space. 10 inch is perfect in size i don't want nothing to big. but i have no idea how to install subs or how to wire what.
all i know is connect the power wire to + battery and run threw firewall .... and then what ? lol

please telll me at least the basics on what goes where and what needs to be wired where.
also in the future i want to do somethign like this

Easiest way that takes up the least amount of room is to install a Bazooka tube...
http://www.sasbazooka.com/prod...s.asp comes with everything you need and instructions.

Not sure I understand what the pix is showing that you want to do, "in the future". 94

those tube subs are hella expensive. isnt there somethign good for a budget? i can get used amps and stuff. if anyhting ill end up just puting a square box in. my trunk is pretty big. but still need the install info. thanks
