Default CDT CL-61 components in a 2000 Integra

Anyone installed these components in an 3rd gen Integra? I think the max. mounting depth is 1 7/8" and these speakers are 2.75" deep. Is there a lot to cut away to get these to fit or is it fairly simple. I can get a great price on these awesome components, but don't want to fight with them to get them to fit.

Do you think they will stick out too much to get the stock grill over them?

My CDT CL-61a's fit under the stock grill. I paid a shop to install it and they probabley ghetto rigged it, but it fits.
