I have a CD that's been stuck in my gf's JVC deck for a week now. well i try getting it out with a knife and it won't come out. Before i did that, the CD would be stuck, and it would play tracks, but now i think i effed it up even more and the CD won't play it all, either way i just want to get the CD out, is there anyway i can get the DAMN CD out?

Your right you probably did mess things up using the knife, try a reboot, if the JVC HU does not have a "reset button", [small, pen tip size hole in faceplate or under it] then just disconnect batt. neg terminal for a min. then reconnect, if you have not messed the CD transport up, it will reinitialize the transport into the "ejected" mode, [or ready for disc] remove disc completely from the HU then try it again, maybe run a lens cleaner through it first, keep your fingers crossed. 94

another way is holding down the power button and the eject button at the same time.
