Default CD stuck in CD deck

Previous owner left in a Pioneer CD deck (model:DEH-P3800MP). As I was driving back home, I turned on the CD player and there was a CD in there. Didnt like the music so I pressed eject. No luck. I tried pressing and holding the eject button, still no luck. I could hear the "whirring" sound as if the CD wanted to come out or load. What is the safest way to remove the CD without having to remove the cd deck from the dashboard?

And btw, this is installed in the center console, whats this used for? What is it exactly suppose to do?

If the CD is stuck, and the eject button isn't working, you could try disconnecting the power and resetting the deck... Or press the reset button if it has one...

And the thing in the center console is a cd changer. It is supposed to play multiple cds... Probably holds 6 at once.

Hmm what if there is no CD at all in the deck? Can the cd changer in my center console really play music? Because I found some wires leading to the back of the dashboard (behind the CD deck where its probably hooked). I'm thinking there really isnt any CD in the deck, but mosty likely one in the cd changer storage box...

Let me check to be sure.
