Cd player problem

Cd player problem
So i installed a jvc cd player to my knowledge correctly. But when i turn on my car it says see you and then turns off. The same when i put a cd in but it says load and then turns off.
We changed my fuses and tested up to 20 and didnt get it to work.
Could anybody enlighten me on what my problem could be.
