i have a 2000 accord vtec 5 speed 4 cyl

a few weeks ago i was attempting to install a new cd player while removing the stock one.

While doing this i thought i blew a fuse becuase it would not power on either cd player.

So i checked all the fuses to the left of the dash and i changed them all to be sure none are blown and it still didnt work

I went to autozone and they said i may have a fried wiere and that i should go to circuit city

I know circuit city will charge a lot and i have no extra money

A few days ago i noticed two wires hanging from under the steering wheel area

Does any one know what the problem could be and if those wires could have anything to do with the problem
