Default cd player code

my question is: where can i find a code for my cd player. we called kenwood and they said that they had to charge us $50 for a code which really sucks because i am getting the cd player for that kind of money.

so do u guys know anyone who can help me get a code for my kenwood cd player?????

Hmmm....from philly eh? So, did your friends boy buy it off the street, or buy it from a store?

The only reason to put a custom code in, is so when someone steals it, they are fucked. So, if they don't know it, it's probably stolen. Kenwood can reset it, but they need proof of purchase.

yes it was bought. but i am the third owner. which means no proof of purchase. but if it was stolen then it won't have the face and won't have the remote contral.

i mean i got everything. even the black box with the name kenwood writen in it. which means its not stolen.

so guys if anyone has a code please help me ot.

Lol, that honestly means nothing, not all people take off their faceplate when they get out. I never do, but then again i am in my car or it is in my garage. Getting a remote is easy, cause it's in the car. The black box can be stolen too. Lol, i was just ******* around anyway, so, you know.

Call kenwood, see what they say.

I'll buy it for 5 bucks. As for the code, if I told you I would have to kill you. Also just because you have the faceplate case doesn't mean it is not stolen. Also Kenwood will likely not do anything for you.

oh come on man help a brother out. lol.
i am 100% sure its not stolen. all my life i have bought what i liked with my own hard earned money. right now i go to school and i got a job to pay for it.

kenwood asked me for $40 just to look at it and another $60 just for the code.
or i can take to one of the shops that they are conected to so they can put a chip in the radio to clear the code or something. the guys said they will charge not to much. a standard of 39.95 but i might be more.
since i am a college studen't i have never seen that kind of money in my life.
all of my money goes towords tuition and what is left goes to my parents(got to help around the house)
so if any of u guys can help me out it would be great(specially auex lol)
audiopro tryed to help me but the code its not working. hopefully he got another one tomorrow.

so if anyone got an idea of how i can fix it>>> it would be great.
