Default cd player and clock no longer getting power?

ok so the other day i go around a turn and all of a sudden my cd palyer and clock shut off, i pulled out the cd player checked wiring and stuff and it was all fine. i checked the fuse and it was fine (the one in the under dash box). i dunno what else to look for. the cd player has been acting up by jumbling up letters and numbers on the screen and opening and closing right back up when i try to eject the cd. and sometimes it would turn off and back on. i was thiking maybe i need a new cd player to get it all working again, but im not sure. any help would be great on what to do or what to check out. oh and i got a 1994 acura integra with an older alpine deck

There is a 7.5A "back-up" fuse in the engine bay fuse box, it is the clock and HUs, [and ECU] 12V+ constant for memory, replace that fuse then run a fused 12ga power lead from the batt. to behind the HU, disconnect the Alpines yellow constant power lead from the stock radio harness and connect it to the 12ga, don't forget to cap off the radio harness 12V+ constant so it can't short out.

You should also run a 12ga from the chassis of the Alpine HU to the cars chassis, if you use a metal "L" bracket off the back of the HU to the stock rear support bar you do not need to add the 12ga ground.
A good back brace is important, it braces the HU in the rear taking the "stress" off the front face plate holder.

Doing the above may solve the other problem you are having with the HU.

BTW what is the model of your Alpine HU? 94
