best place to secure shock sensor

Default best place to secure shock sensor

i just installed an alarm in my crx. now wheres the best place to put the shock sensor so it picks up the most? i want it to be really sensitive but i dont know where to put it.

PS try it in a few places, and use the one that works for you.

true, depends on where you want the security tight. if your interior is stock and you have a b18c5 with a 5k turbo setup, ideal place would be engine bay harness. the general place is the main harness under the dash because the wires under there run to various places of the car (tailights, headlights, motor) and is most sensitive to shocks. hoodpin and trunk pins are definitely a plus.

yeh i think ill put it on the main harness. ive got the hoodpin and a glassbreak sensor at the back window. ive got a b18 too and im bout to put a whole lotta money in it so im glad i have the hoodpin. thanks!
