Best internal Speakers
if you want pure sound quality, go CD Technologies. they sound great, but aren't great for extremely loud volumes. otherwise, look into Image Dynamics or the NEW(after 2000) Kicker R series components. both can be made to sound just as good as the CD Techs(but not out of the box) and are more capable of handling loud volumes. i have the image dynamics 5.25 comp in my car
Well, if you have $7k to blow, you could get the Rainbow Audio Reference speakers. http://www.arcaudio.com/reference_line.htm
Comes with a neat carrying case too!

if you want something that has the potential to win sq comps, can handel more power than you cna probably throw at them and have midbass verging on subbass for can feel, id go with DD seperates. awesome drivers. be warned that the 6.5 is a huge speaker. may be difficult to fit in stock locations but would be well worth the effort. http://www.ddaudio.com/midsprint.htm

This question gets asked a lot. If you do a search on "separates" or "components" you should be able to find a lot of info on what people recommend.
What kind of budget are you working with? Also, do you already have other aftermarket equipment (i.e. head unit, amplifier(s), signal processors, subwoofers, upgraded cable)? Do you perform your own installations? All of these factors will affect the way your system sounds.
The best thing to do is take some of your favorite CDs and visit the quality Car Audio shops in your area to demo various brands of speakers. Compare MBQ, Boston, Focal, Kicker, ID, Dynaudio, etc. and determine what sounds best to you in your price range.

Any body ever heard of Moral speakers? I heard that they are suppose to be very good, and are suppose to be better than MB Quarts, and Focals.

Brands I'd suggest trying would include Rainbow, Dynaudio, Focal, A/D/S, Macrom and Morel. I've only listened to Rainbow, Dynaudio A/D/S and Focal. By the way my Dynasudios are for sale... switching to Rainbow.
If you want to give the Rainbows a shot, my friend is a dealer. He can get those 7k speakers for 3.5k so that gives you an idea of how good of a price he could get you.
What it really comes down to is what you like though so I'd just give all those brands a listen and make your decision from there.
I don't know why everyone gets so hung up on brand names. The key factor in any Car Audio system is INSTALLATION - meaning speaker placement and tuning. Brand names don't win competitions - installations do. Also cables can change the way a system sounds (for more info check out these companies - audioquest.com, MITcable.com, kimberkable.com and then check out audioadvisor.com to get an idea of prices). If you have a speaker that is naturally bright, then you don't want cables that have the same sonic character. The harshness or brightness you hear in a speaker can be attributed to other factors than the speakers themselves. Every component in the signal chain can alter the signal by the time it reaches the speaker. Over the years MB Quart has been one of the brands used most in competition so they must be doing something right and the people using them must be installing them right too (BTW, they were bought by Rockford Fosgate).
If I were to take all of the top brands (MBQ, Focal, Dynaudio, Boston, Diamond, etc.) and establish a custom EQ setting for each and then with blindfolds audition each setup one by one using the same placement, head unit, EQ, cables and amp - you would be hard pressed to pick your favorite brand - meaning if you liked Focal before the test, you'll most likely pick a different brand after the test.
