battery re-location wire thickness

i was just wondering if "100 amp 3 T/W" was wire think enough for use on a battery re-location? TIA

Ditto that, run the 3ga from the relocated batt. to the starter motor, run an 8ga from the starter motor to the input on the under hood fuse box.
You should also "beef up" the chassis to engine ground, use 3ga to replace the stock batt. ground cable, use 3ga ground cable from the batt. to chassis, keep it as short as possible, connect to floor pan of car.
