Not a Mean machine but still a very good amp I don't think you can go wrong with Autotek. Their amps are bad ***!!

What's the model number on the amp? What are the specs.


it's like asking if a honda is good for $21k.

it's good if you're getting a brand new accord, but it's not if you're getting a 5 yr old civic. Get my point?

like your question, it's good if you're getting a autotek 500 watts (rms) mono for 200 bux, but it's bad if it's autotek 100 watts rms mono for 200 bux.

its 4 channel, 75 watts a channel.

That referenced a 2-channel amp - the 4 x 75 is the SX-475 @$217, same site. (there doesn't appear to be an SX-480, referenced earlier)

Woops my bad, I am assuming a SX-480 is equivalent to a SX-475 just different year amp. $200 doesn't sound bad for the SX-480

 

my bad, i told you wrong the first time, its the 4x75. thanks for the input guys, i LOVE it.

 

get the autotek sx-4160. they are top of autotek 4 channel of the meanmachines..
and get the autotek sx-2300 for lows. bad *** amps

 

I put a small autotek in a friend's blazer years ago and it totally kicked ***. It was just a 100 watts or something. I dunno who makes them nowadays though.

 

yes Autotek makes very nice amps. and for $200 that is a good buy

 

agreed with all. Had Autotek in my car for 3 years before it all got stolen. YOu don't hear too much about them in the northern states.
