went to circuit city , gave me a price of like 300 for installing power doors, with an alarm, went to another place, said like 250 for an alarm, 100 bucks on top of that to install it, and another 140 to make the doors power
what should i do, kinda short on cash , but still want something to keep the whip safe

2ed Alarm, YES U need 2 Alarms to be safe, any unit with a long range and a good pager unit
Cheapest and Best Bet = Viper 790VX or python 881XP (SAME DAM UNITS just different names, all made by DEI, few things are different but not much.) They are changing the colors of the remotes now and changing the layouts so we think we are buying a better unit, oh DEI u guys crack me up.
All responder units are the same 1/4 Mile range the pager is ok, but don't relie on it, it's just a nice extra layer

just remember you can always add the locks later when you have the cash.

your best bet is buying the best alarm you can afford, and then add locks to it later on down the road...

DEI Alarms run 100 bucks to 1300 bucks, depending on what u want to get, the cheaper alarm u will get jacked with, the more money the alarm the better it is 99.9% of the time
