Default Audison, Focal and Nakamichi

Does anyone have any experience with Focal componets speakers or Audison amps?

I will soon be purchasing a Focal 130xx Componet set...

Powering it with a Audison lrx 5.600 (5 channel 2 for tweeters, 2 for mids and 1 for the Image Dynamic subwoofer)

Any experience with these products?

Edit: I will also be purchasing a Nakamichi CD-400....anyone use it?

THe CD-400 is a fairly new unit, but I've heard generally positive things about it.

As far as Focal and Audison - both high quality brands. My particular tastes are not for Focal speakers, but it's going to be installation that will dictate if they sound good (meaning, that equipment generally has the potential to sound good....it's up to you to get it right).

Car audio is sorta like golfing - I can give you the best clubs and ***** on the market, but if you can't swing the club, you are still going to suck...

The shop that will be doing this job for me is very good at what they do.

I am going with these three brands because they are higher end brands.

(besides the fact that it is a good unit)I also like the Nak because it is very stock looking and it will light up amber so I can match my interior.

wut is focal 130 xx? how much are u paying for the focal and audison amps? i sell both maybe i can get u a better deal than wut ur going to pay.

my experience with the focals is that theyre a lil on the bright side. especially the utopia line. i havent heard the audiom tweeters in person though. the polykevlar are a lil bright but can be adjusted in the crossover. any models lower than polyk is crap. audison are great high quality amps, but too expensive.

I put xx because I don't know what the two letters are.... I am preety sure it is the bottom of the line ones. They are a componet set, however I will be using the crossover in the audison amp for better sound quality.

I would rather not say how much I am paying, why don't you tell me what you sell them for instead.
