Default Audio/amp Wiring

I own a 2003 Civic EX, I want to wire an amp, I have already replaced the deck (stereo) which was a bigger project than I had intended.

I havn't really looked, but from the battery to the trunk, what is the best way to run the Positive/live wire for the amp? And then, from the deck to the trunk, what is the best way to run the RCA cables? Has anybody done this? Let me know, thanks.

Um, don't get me wrong, I have experience with this, but it's on much older vehicles, these newer cars are alot different, plus I want to make it look nicer than I usually do, seeing as this is the nicest car I have owned yet. that just FYI.

Nevermind, I just played around with the car for the last few minutes, and figured out a way to do both, thanks anyway.
