Default Anyone still use equalizers?

I cant decide to go double din or not but I have a EP3 and I dont want that bottom slot to hold cds because it looks retarded. However, I cant fingure out what I would replace it with if I didnt have it. I suppose most head units now comes with its own equalizer function? I have zero knowledge with audio equipment so feel free to school me. Whats something useful I can put down there if I decide to go the double din route? Thanks.

Top Din - Motorized LCD.
Bottom Din - Mini-ITX computer.

Just a thought.

you could get a video screen there about 300, EQ's I would suggest against it. XM? Music Keg? (I don't know if that will fit) Use it for an ipod station... something like that. Or maybe you could get cup holders or somthing.
