AMP SETTINGS HELP!!!!!!
i have a 1206d hifonics amp. all my settings on its is all max. it makes my car rattle alot. i tried to configure the settings so that the subs will hit hard but not have the subs receiving all the frequencies. i want it to hit solid and not hit every single thing it recieves. i dont know where to place the settings. please help if you know what im talkin about. im a noob to amp settings
You're a noob to English, I see, too.
I have no idea what you're trying to accomplish. You want it to "hit solid"? What does that mean? What does "hit every single thing it receives" mean?
The settings on the amp should definitely not be at their max. Tuning an amp via a message board is impossible.
However, I would start by adjusting the crossover to 60-80Hz, and turn off any "loudness" controls or "bass boosters" on the deck. If there's a low-pass or high-pass switch on the amp, it should be set to low-pass.

You should also know that the sub box has a lot to do with the sub bass SQ.
What is the make and model of the sub(s)?
What kind of box do you have, [sealed, vented/ported or band-pass]?
What is the boxes internal volume?

I HAVE 2 12 ALIPINE TYPE R, PORTED BOX, VOLUME HAVE NO IDEA
BUT ITS IN A HATCHBACK
SO THERE IS ONLY ROOM FOR THE SUBS
I THINK IF IT WAS IN A BIGGER TRUNK IT WOULD SOUND BETTER

Box and vent volume are critical to subs performance...
The Alpine 12" Type R needs a 1.7cuft, [gross internal volume per driver] box, [net internal volume will be 1cuft] the port volume/size is also very important.
