Okay, first venture over to this forum. I'm not into systems anymore, I just want to replace the head and speakers, nothing real loud, just clean normal levels. I've got a 325is that has a cheap factory amp, I have an Eclipse head that will bypass the amp, and a pair each of JL VR/XR 5 1/4 comps/coaxes. The Matthew Polk (comes to our track events) suggested moving the tweeters from the side mirrors to the dash corners.

Question is should I bother to wire in a Soundstream 4x40w + dual mono 100w amp? I didn't plan to use subs, although I do have a pair of 8" TM Rush tubes. I'm either going to sell the amp/tubes or maybe not? The car is a track car, so I don't want to be lugging the tubes all around. Or should I get a second amp and split one sub to the other car?
