I bought a Kenwood 9102D amp and it blew my subs (they were sh*tty anyway) so i want to invest about $150.00 into a new pair. The box is made for 12"s so yea... lemme know who's had good experiences with what...

$150 for two new quality 12" subs isn't much, maybe used. I would say one 12" JL W3 for your budget. But then again you can always check ebay and take a chance.

 

Competition kickers go for $79 a piece or so. I think you can find something.
