Everything is possible. Get the measurements of the amp, and then get down on your knees with a tape measure, and start measuing the space under the seat. If it's bigger than the amp, then the amp will fit.

When measuring, make sure to take into account how the wires will run, how far out the RCA connections will stick out, will you still be able to make adjustments without having to unbolt the amp, etc.

mines pretty big, but since i had my interior all out when i was installing all my audio and video, i ran the wires under the rugs and then i put my carpet on the top of the amp so peoples feet wouldn't mess it up.. my amp has internal cooling fans and it doesn't get hot at all.

I don't know about other Accords, but 6th gens have vents under the seats for the rear passengers. So if you choose any of the HVAC settings that have air blowing towards the ground, you get instant A/C cooling for the amps.
