Default Alpine and XM????????

I just bought the Delphi s50000 or what not unit and I have the car kit. I have an Alpine CDE7870 or a CDE model for sure and I dont know how I can hook it up. All i have in teh back are 2 RCA outs and no ins at all. I dont think it has AI net and I dont want to go buy an FM mod bc sound quality + Hiss = crap. Any suggestions other than getting a new alpine? For instance, how would you all install the delphi wihtout an FM mod into a stock CD player?

Thanks,

Eddie

you would need an adaptor that gives you an AUX input, with Alpine almost any newer Ai-net can become aux-in with either a part from alpine or by cutting/splicing an ai-net cable and rca's.... If I remember correctly the 7870 is not aux capable..... sounds like your fm mod or getting a new radio...

yea, thats what I thought-- oh well. Guess I have to look for any CD "A" -xxxx alpine instead of my CDE.

Thanks for the reasurance, just wanted to see if anyone could think of something crazy.
