Default Alpine Type R Subs

In comparision...

Two 10" Alpine Type S subs vs one Alpine Type R sub.

Which system would provide the most bass, and which one would provide the most low end bass?

Would an Alpine MRD300 amp be able to handle the one 12" Type R sub?

I think with that Amp the Type S's would be a Better Choice. If you upped it up to a MRDM500 then I would go with the Type R's. A Single Type R Vented MRDM500.. That setup Rocks.

(2) type S over type R if you're looking for loudness. If sound quality is what you prefer, get the Type R.
