Default ALPINE SEC-8063 security system....

i just bought this from someone and i need some type of instructions or something to get this thing hooked up. wires coming out of my freakin ***. lol. can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction

As the SEC-8063 is about 4 years old, do you know if you have all the parts? [if it's used] and you can get the owners manual at http://www.alpine.com 94

yeah its used. i think i have all the parts. its from a friend of mine. if im missing something ill just kick his ***. lol. its also piggy backed on the oem honda alarm system. no wires are cut. its just plug and play from what he said.

thanks a bunch man! i really appreciate it.</TD></TR></TABLE> Ok let me know if you need anything, I checked today at work, a could not find anything on a 8063, Alpine is going to send me the shop manual, only one I don't have, but they tell me it's about the same as the 49/58/59 and colors and programing is the same. so should i just download one of the other models that they have on their website and go from there?

I think the only diff. from the 8059 is the readout 94

black- ground
red- true ign.

brown/black- optinal sensor/radar #2 input

yellow/gray- radar power
gray/blue- radar control
gray- radar trigger

yellow/red- LED (+) max 5 in series

red/white- valet input (-)

brown/white- (-)(+) door trigger
blue/green- digital pager output to SEC8205
green/white- hood/trunk input (-)

blue/yellow- dome light surv or EXT-3 output
yellow/green- EXT-1 (-) 250mA
yellow/purpule- EXT-2 (-) 250mA

blue- siren (+) 1.5A max.

orange- starter cut relay (+) 1.5A N/O or N/C

blue/white- armed output (-) 200mA

white/brown- door lock common (30)
brown/white- door lock N/C (87a)
brown/red- door lock N/O (87)
green/red- door unlock N/O (87)
white/green- door unlock common (30)
green/blue- door unlock N/C (87a)


white- park light flash N/O (87)
yellow/white- park light common (30)

this is the wire diagram for a 8059, colors will be the same on the door locks and light flash on the 59 the relays are built in, and the wires are on a diff. plug then the main wires, it may not be the same on the 63, let me know if there are diff. The dip sw. and the jumpers should be the same also 94

haha not to sound like an idiot....but i have no clue whats going on. you should see the nest of plugs and wires i have....he took everything off of the car as a whole....i just dont get how you hook an alarm up...ive never done it. (the one thing ive never done....) so im pretty lost. there are so many plugs i just dont know where to put them

Okay at this point you should put all tools down and slowly back away from the
vehicle. don't walk...RUN to your nearest mobile electronics professional.
If this aint the poster child for "I'm way in over my head" I really don't know.

look at my car. ive done plenty of stuff. ive rewired my engine twice.if i had a camera to show you the nest of wires i have you might understand also if there were pictures that might help because i dont know what this ext 3 or ext 1 stands for

(-) 200mA, enough to trip a relay.
As for the "nest of wires and plugs", clean it all up, remove any connections, then if you have any Qs, IM me, I will try today to see if I can get Alpine to fax me a copy of the wireing diagram and install manual. 94
