alpine cva 1004 install
Hey everyone, I'm about to purchase a used alpine cva 1004 for my 1997 Honda Accord. Right now I have a Sony F7705-x headunit. And was wondering if I could use both units at the same time?

The question is why would you want to?

The cva-1004 is the big brother to the cva-1003. THe reason to add a extra radio would be because of the lack of the cd/dvd player. Your best bet would be to grab a alpine 12 or 6 disk changer. Or throw a playstation in so yo could have a dvd/cd player.

Alright, I think i'll do that playstation idea. Throw it in the glove box or something. Thanks for the help! Anyway, any of you guys have this the cva-1004? Any comments on it?

Its a nice entry level unit since it does not have a cd player in my eyes. But will make a nice headunit in any system.

I used a cva and had a dvd head unit to . + I had a ps2 in the glove so I could listen to a mp3 while the passenger could play the ps2 .( I like having the two ). I would also put some visual dvd in the ps2 so it could play on the lsd and have the other playing music . Same thing when using GPS . Alot of people liked the setup , this was a few years ago and I had a double din .
