I've got Polk 602's in rear and Polks 502's in doors in my Accord. The speakers are a few years old but sound good. Now I'm looking to get an amp to boost up a little and have clean sound. I was looking at Alpine MRP-F200, now I see Alpine MRP-F240 for another $50. Doesn't seem to be any different. Is it worth the extra $50? And how are these amps? I'm not looking to blast myself out of the car just would like some really nice clean sound.

 

alpine amps are quality, your paying for quality. i say spend the extra cash you wont be dissapointed

I have three, they're great quality amps.
I try to think of it as an investment I can move from car to car if I sell my one so it's best to buy quality

 

alpine is the sh*t....its been my brand since i was 15 and ten years laters i'm still rockin alpine

 

i have alpine amps and the only regret was not to get the 1000 watt amp instead of the 500

if u really wanna make those speakers sound amazing and awesome, ARC Audio amps is one of the best **** around. Alpine = **** against ARC Audio. but the flaw is, they're really expensive. but something to think about. if u wanna know more hit me up with a PM
