Alarm without power locks?
Yes it's possible and done all the time (not all cars that have alarms installed, have power locks).
Instead of unlocking/disarming and locking/arming at the same time, it will just arm and disarm the alarm.
The doorpins are what usually used in "most" alarm setups (along with other features)
Thus if the door opens, the alarm will go off if the system was armed.

there's 2 wires for a (-) trigger doorlock system. if u have doorlocks and don't want to hook them up then don't. but if u have door locks and want them hooked up but not used for the keyless entry function i'm sure u can program ur alarm to be that way. and if u don't have doorlocks u can either add doorlock actuators or if u don't want doorlocks then you're good to go.
As has been mentioned, yes it's possible, and easy, [don't connect the door locks] my question would be why not connect the door locks, do you not want key-lees entry?
