Is there Anti-Theft system out there that can pervent people from starting the car when they try to hot wire the car? like shut the fuel off so it cant be moved, or some kinda theft system that will shock the hell outta somebody without sorting out any electronic device's? cause a buddy of mine got his EX stolen with the factory anti-thift system and I want the best aftermarket system there is, is Lo Jack pretty good?

 

Instead of disabling the starting circuit like all alarms, you could also disable the ignition or fuel systems and have a hidden switch.
