I saw some cars parking outside the club while lights flashing up and down on the side of their windshield, i meant just the side of windshield, from all the way up to all the way down. my friend told me that is call alarm scanner, but none of them no where to buy them, does anyone no where? is it hard to install and does it drain ur battery real bad??
