alarm keeps going off after engine bay degrease
I degreased and sprayed down my engine bay yesterday. I covered the alternator distributor, sensors on throttle body, battery, fuse box, and the alarm speaker. After foaming it and spraying it down my alarm went off and would not turn of via the remote nor would it go into valet mode via the button and key turned to on. I disconnected the battery and surely it went off. Now when I hook it back up the alarm goes off and still wont turn off. I checked the fuses and they were all good. I'm thinking that some water got into the fuse holder thats hooked up to the main power cable going to the battery because I didn't cover that up. So I pulled that fuse and let it dry overnight. Now this morning I go to put the fuse back in and it still goes off. What should I do?

Turn on the ignition as start the car? Or turn it two clicks to the on position?Well for my alarm there's one 15a fuse right by the battery connected to the alarms power source. Then there's two other fuses right by the alarm brain, one which is another 15a which is also connected to the alarms power cable and the other is a 10a which I don't know what it's for. CarToys did the crappy install. My car was in ther possession for no more than 40 minutes during the install. They left the antenna by the pedals giving me almost no reception

</TD></TR></TABLE> Two clicks not running, although that would work also, and you may have to reprogram the remotes
