what up HT. my bro is now having problems with his main relay after you installed his alarm. he at first thought it was the distributor becuz it wasnt starting but after checking that it had spark. and changing the spark plugs wires cap and rotor is still was the same thing. so we thought it might be a ground and the same problem happened. then i started to notice his fuel pump wasnt making any sound when you turn the ignition on. so i thought it was that. but we just changed that a month before you installed it. so the only other thing i could think of was when he got his alarm installed. he said the wires weren't soldered when he had the main relay added apart of the alarm. so maybe some wire came loose from the vibration of the car. we have both tried callin the installer to see if he could possibly help/fix the problem but i know with him getting a bunch of calls he is real busy. if any of you alarm installers can possibly help out i would really appreciate that too. im not on here much but i will check as often as possible. but you can pm me or aim me GOTJUICE20 thanks. If I don't answer the thread.

 

Were is the car at? And the wires did not need to be soldered to extend the main relay. You can pull it to the top of the dash. I know this did not happen after the alarm install because I seen the car after. Do you hear any clicks when you turn the key forward? The car can be put back to stock to trace the problem. The only thing that is done to the main relay is that the ground is being controled by a bosh relay. If you need to get ahold of me either call me, pm me or email. He said he has tryied calling you and he has got no response. I know HT is not your business but I remember seeing you say if you have aproblem to post up a thread in this section. But the car is actually cranking and is now starting. But he told me after he jiggled some of the wires around from the main relay he has had no problem. He said he was guessing maybe some of the wires came loose and have a bad connection. I will pm you from now so members don't get the wrong Idea.

 

I think the poblem is in in the bosh relay. I had this problem in my own car. Bring the car by and I will look it over.
