aladdin alarm unit

ive seen all of the things it can do, its a decent price, but is it a good alarm unit? ive been reading boards and have been gettin the idea its not that great...someone wanna help me out an gimme the background info on this mamma jamma, thanks

Stay away from the aladdin stuff. Just stick to the companies who have established reputations in Car Security (DEI, Clifford, Alpine, Crimestopper....just to name a few). If want more technical info why the Aladdin stuff (and others like it) is crap, check out this thread.
