Default 90 teg gs

Hey,

My buddy just got a 1990 teg gs this afternoon. ... needs a bit of work. nice little project car for him.

anyway, he wants a full system. bit of a budget, no show stopper here.

I'm thinking a single sub, with upgraded speakers in the 4 stock locations... maybe components up front.
He's not much of a bass head. he just wants a bit of bottom, without the thump, thump, thump when he turns it up.

with that in mind, what size of sub would you choose for this system ?

if he just wants a little bit of a bump just get a 10 sealed in the trunk. or just a 12.

i have a 94 integra LS , I have 4x6.5 inch speakers in the stock locations and run them with a hypower alpine cd player .I dont have a sub, although I may get an 8in. w/small amp 100 watts, I get all the bass I need off the 4/ 6.5s. I have been installing car audio for 30 years, but now I hate spending money on the teg if it isnt going to make it go faster. I never listen to the stereo when when im autocrossing anyway. 94
