Yes, price is up there. Tsunami makes a direct fit for your car too as so does many other companies. Glad to see someone doing there system correctly. Stay away from those ebay ones.

I run the Tsunami model on my teg. And I run the dual 280 amp setup on my navigator by Ho.

This will get you started in the right direction.

Mechman is the way to go, their website seems messed up right now, but for 200 amps it will probably be around $450 shipped. Ohio Gen is good, just get ready to pay.

What kind of system are you planning? i don't think Del Sols have enough room for a system that would reguire a 220 amp alt.

I am running a Cascade Omega 15 re-built by team PSI powered by a audiopipe 3kD. Along with a 4 channel amp powering my door speakers(as well as all the other goodies sucking power out of my battery i.e. underglow plasma gauges interior neons boost gauges etc etc) I think a HO alt is needed. And as far as kinetic batterry(s) which one do you audio guru's think would be best???

are you looking at replacing your under hood battery or using a power cell?? kenetic cells tend to make crappy under hood starting batteries. had an old coworker go through one every six months. if you use XSPower you can get a D5100R which is a group 51 battery with reverse posts like the stock Honda battery, and is designed for everyday starting use. if you want something to put in the trunk and still have a stock style battery under the hood, then the kenetic cells or XSPower cells will do just fine.

So a good set-up would be a XSPower under the hood and run wires to a second Kinetic in the trunk because my under the hood one is shot now... If I run the Xs D5100 which Kinetic should i go with...great input thanks!!

yes on the zero gauge and yes on a quality alt. back in the day streetwires and PG made good ones, i'm not sure now. do know the cheap ones you see littered on ebay are lucky to live 6 months without failing.

if you get a XSPower D5100r, why not also get their D680 as a small storage cell for the trunk?

as for fuses, take all the fusing on your amps, add it up and that's your number.
