1999 Civic & Remote Start Problem!
Just installed a Performance Teknique ICBM-7071 2-Way Alarm w/Remote Start. Everything is working fine except when I remote start the car wont stay on. It starts up then dies in about 5 seconds. It's a '99 Honda Civic LX w/Automatic Transmission. Made sure tach wire was giving out right voltage and all. What can the problem be? E-Mail me at jodykw1982@hotmail.com or AIM me at jodykw1982. Later.

sounds to me like a tach issue... it can be giving out the right voltage but if the remote start doesnt know how to read it then it will die like that.. look through the manual and go through the procedures for learning tach mode..
