Default 05 Civic Power issues

Hey Guys,
Today I was installing a car stereo. I had the exact same stereo previously but got a replacement from future shop. I installed the new one with the exact same wiring setup as last time which always worked perfectly. Today, however, the stereo wont turn on whether the car is on or not. I don't have a voltmeter to check the power. Also I have noticed since the install attempt, that when my car is off, key is turned to off, i have no power to anything, no lights, no power locks. When I turn the key to on, or start the engine the accessories all come on again except for the stereo. Also if i click the button on my cluster to set it to trip A or Trip B, when i turn the car back on again it seems to go back to the odometer again. I have checked all fuses and they are all fine. Anybody have a suggestion?

Thanks!

Fixed it!
Turns out I overlooked a fuse. It was the Backup/reinitialization fuse under the hood which I thought was a bit strange but everything is working now.
