Default UPDATE: Car is for sale.

UPDATE

CAR IS FOR SALE AS IT SITS. THE ONLY, AND I REPEAT, ONLY THING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO THIS CAR IS THE ENGINE NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED AND CLEANED AND REASSEMBLED. THIS CAR RAN STRONG WHEN I PURCHASED IT AND IT RAN STRONG BEFORE IT ENDED UP IN MY GARAGE. I BOUGHT THE CAR AND PARTS FOR THE CAR BUT I HAVENT EVEN PUT PLATES ON IT. TO REBUILD THIS CAR FROM SCRATCH INCLUDING LABOR YOU ARE LOOKING AT CLOSE TO 30K. THIS WAS BUILT RIGHT AND HAS ALL HIGH END PARTS.

SERIOUS INQUIRIES CAN CONTACT ME VIA PM AND WE CAN ARRANGE TO TALK ON THE PHONE. IF YOU ARE SERIOUSLY INTERESTED YOU CAN MAKE AN OFFER VIA PM. THE CAR'S CURRENT STATE IS HOW IT LOOKS IN MY LAST POST ON MY BUILD. I CAN REASSEMBLE THE BODY PARTS WITHOUT A PROBLEM AND A PERSON WOULD ONLY NEED TO PULL THE MOTOR.

WHY AM I SELLING THE CAR? MY CAREER NEEDS MY UNDIVIDED ATTENTION AND THE CAR IS JUST SITTING.

I'M AT WORK CURRENTLY BUT I WILL ARRANGE TO MAKE A FULL PARTS LIST TONITE AS WELL AS THE EXTRA PARTS I HAVE PURCHASED THAT COME WITH THE CAR.

LOWBALLERS CAN TAKE A HIKE

When I bought it

So without further ado, we will begin.

Unfortunately I didnt have a camera 2 weeks ago when I "officially" started work so you missed out on me removing the hood, battery, and some of the charge pipes.

I dont have the luxury of having a garage that I can store this car in all the time and work on it when I can so I use a rented garage. Once the car has been disassembled I can transport it to a larger garage to start the other work so this is what I have for now. A single 100 watt bulb doesnt do much for a 12x20 area so I went to Home Depot and purchased four 2 bulb shop lights and bulbs.

As it sits...unorganized..dark...blah

New shop lights and some other items

Measured and used eye hooks to hang the lights....one up three more to go

All four hung

Decided to have them tie into a junction......I can now switch all 4 lights on or off and only have one plug to plug into the wall

LET THERE BE LIGHT!

About this time I was getting mighty hungry.......

mmmm mmmm mmm

Back to work....puttin her on stands...

ridin dirty

Organized work area a little

Drained oil

Front bumper......going going gone

Intercooler is next....it was attached by one bolt on the right side and a screw that had almost worked its way out on the bottom....

Bigger tires are nice but these were too big...removing the shredded fender liners

Fenders off next since I will be leaning into the engine compartment alot and I will also be replacing the fenders with OEM that dont have side marker cutouts

Well thats it for now......Not much to look at but it's a start!
