So this post is to start my build thread. Just last night, at about 10 PM, I bought my hatchback. It's a 1990 Civic SI. I love it, best $500 I have spent in a while. Like I said, this is just the first post, with many updates to come.Pictures to come as well. It's been a late night, with many a few beers drank. Upon drinking, bullshitting, and hanging out in my garage, I have piece together most of the parts for a pretty reputable turbo kit which includes:
DSM turbo injectors
Greddy turbo manifold
1G DSM BOV
Turbo
Downpipe
Tapped oil pan
Boost guage
Stoiciometric guage
Bear in mind, these are just parts lying around my garage, lol. A few hundred, and it should be decent. I never was one for the single cam. I have owned a few civics in the past, my latest being a 93 SI with a H23 DOHC VTEC. All work done by myself, and the wonderful help of fellow HT'ers. So now onward to the car. I 'don't have any history on the vehicle. I haven't even seen it in the daylight yet. It is prety well taken care of though, everything works. And everything all orignal. New update, the car has been in my possesion since Sunday, and the turbo kit will be going on tomorrow. Many pics to come!
